New Carousel Displays and New Horizons for Dot & Dash

Our new Carousel Display introduction at Summer Markets has been a smash hit! So many of our current stores have LOVED having a brand new way to beautifully display their array of Dot & Dash items. The merchandising options are outstanding with this thoughtfully designed, 12” x 22”, 4-sided Spinner. Each side holds 8-16 necklaces, bracelets or earrings. This provides an awesome place for stores to consolidate their back stock and increases their customers' design choices in this vertical display. We look forward to seeing how the new displays are utilized in boutiques across the nation — feel free to take a photo of your new display and send it to us at wholesale@dotanddashdesign.com so we an include it in our Retailer Resource Display gallery.

Another key Summer Markets highlight included onboarding SO MANY new retailers from Coast to Coast. From Oregon to Virginia -- and everywhere in between Dot & Dash continues to reach out to expand to new territories, new towns, and new main streets across the country - and we couldn’t be more encouraged as 2024 heads into the final quarter of the year!

Some of our top market sellers included our new inspiring words like - PROUD OF YOU, I GOT YOU, and LOVE YOU BIG!  Additional outdoor words like MOUNTAIN GIRL, TRAIL SISTER, LAKE LIFE, and SKI BUM also continued to increase in sales to join our ever-popular BEACH-related words like BEACH GIRL, SALTY, and BEACH VIBES. Year-round reminders of the vaca-mindset that people adore are big movers in tourist areas and beyond.

One new store that recently joined the Dot & Dash community, can be found on a beautiful main street in southwestern Colorado. We met this dynamic team when looking into top stores to carry Dot and Dash as we begin to expand into the Mountain region. We met Cherrie Haugh, the owner of Tango, in her beautiful boutique in downtown Gunnison, Colorado.

Tango has been in business for 20 years - and Cherrie has owned it for 5+ years. Cherrie’s love of the area is contagious and she shared, “When one chooses to live in the Gunnison Valley, it’s because of the love of the outdoors and the friendships you acquire along the way. It’s a beautiful mountain town that draws visitors from all over. Our customers enjoy shopping at Tango and finding unique items that they can’t find in bigger cities.”  Cherrie added a few key staff members, or as she put it, "the best team ever!" since opening her store - including her manager, Cheri Meyer, and Quincey Severson. You can can tell this trio loves working together in their store and in this vibrant community.

When asked about how the Dot & Dash line is selling at Tango, they shared that XOXOXO, MOON & BACK, BESTIE, and MOUNTAIN GIRL have been top-sellers. They carry Dot & Dash necklaces, bracelets, and earrings — and they have loved carrying outdoor words like TRAIL SISTER, MOUNTAIN LIFE, SKI BUM and more. The FRIENDSHIP words have also been staff favorites and top sellers for Tango.  This team has placed CUSTOM design orders that are unique to their area - like SKI COLORADO as well as TETWP (Tough Enough to Wear Pink) to support a local non-profit / community event in their area.
