Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase from Dot & Dash Design. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (If your product was purchased from a retail partner,  you must process your return where the product was purchased and their return policies will apply.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are not available on custom jewelry products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and authorization to process the return from Dot & Dash Design. Email us at orders@dotanddashdesign.com to begin the return process. Our processing time for return requests is three business days.

Repairs

We know that even the most carefully cared for jewelry can snag and break. We will happily perform repairs on broken jewelry, if possible, for a fee of $5 plus return shipping costs.

To process a repair request, please email info@dotanddashdesign.com with a photo of the product. We will confirm our ability to repair the product and provide instructions for shipping it to us.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days of the approval notification.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@dotanddashdesign.com and send your item to: Dot & Dash Design, 3716 Lagood Drive Austin Texas US 78730.

Return Shipping
Once authorized to return your product, you should mail your product to: Dot & Dash Design, 3716 Lagood Drive Austin Texas US 78730

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
