Meet the Dot & Dash Dream Team

Out of all the amazing blessings Dot & Dash has provided these past seven years, by far the biggest one is the group of women I get to do this with every day.

During the week, there are four to six people in the studio on any given day. And another dozen or more women working out of their homes around Austin who create each of these pieces of jewelry and help us market them. Then there are a handful of independent sales reps who help bring our line to life in boutiques around the country.

Whenever I think about starting this business at my kitchen table seven years ago, to see this team now in motion almost takes my breath away.

In this quick video, I introduce the women who are in the studio with me every day because I wanted you to see who's behind all the orders, invoices, shipments, and turquoise boxes that make their way to your store.

But the dream team is so much bigger than the four of us. I'm so thankful for, and proud of, each of the women at Dot & Dash. These are hard working, fun loving women with enormous hearts. We are each other's greatest encouragers, admirers, therapists and friends. And I can't wait to get to the studio to be with them each day!
