Mother’s Day is one of our favorite seasons at Dot & Dash. One inspiring way we celebrate Moms, Grandmas, Mimis, and Bonus Moms each year is to host our Supermom Contest. And this year 2023 has been a banner year for entries!

Some of the most encouraging moments for the Dot & Dash Community take place behind the scenes. Last year, we began a "Dash of Kindness" initiative that has been such a fun part of our world at Dot & Dash. Today - we are sharing two stories that are full of connection, hope, smiles, and even a few tears! From sunsets to the top of granite Texas mountains ... these stories will inspire you!

We decided it was time to step out from behind our beading benches and get more directly in this line of joy-giving fun! This Christmas season, we’re kicking off a “Dash of Kindness.” From random encounters with strangers – to carefully planned encouragement for caregivers and people in crisis – we’re excited about all the ways our team can share kindness and love with the communities around us.
Retailer Spotlight: Zertz of Frederickburg
This month, we visited with Danita Jarreau, the owner of Zertz, one of the Texas Hill Country's favorite shopping destinations. Danita opened Zertz in 2003 on the main street of Fredericksburg. The history of this amazing town and this beautiful shop are both notable.
